The objective of the video was to attract new applicants and hires for the Park District, and the strategy was to creatively engage the viewer with fun visuals, highlight employee perks, and showcase all of the positions available within the Park District.Response from the community to this innovative video has been overwhelmingly positive. This video was also fun for all involved to create!
All In Hiring Campaign
Our “All In” marketing campaign for summer hiring exhibited remarkable success, evidenced by key metrics and outcomes. Our campaign tagline was “Fun starts here, apply today!”
The goal of this campaign was the increase the number of new applicants and hires for the summer season. Our strategy was to creatively engage the viewer with fun visuals, highlight employee perks, and showcase all of the positions available within the Park District.
The campaign was quite effective, as a result of repeated exposure to our marketing materials. The goal is to hire 350 summer staff. We tracked QR scans and social clicks during the two month campaign. The cumulative result was a 22% increase in new applicants.
In conclusion, this campaign achieved outstanding success across various metrics, including increased application numbers and hires. For the first time in five years, we started the season 100% staffed in aquatics and camp areas. The campaign effectively positioned the Park District as an attractive employer to applicants.
